Investment

Minimum Booking: 3 days (Holdfast House via Airbnb)
Deposit: £750 minimum
Guest Capacity: Up to 100 guests

Use of grounds chargeable as follows

Day one: access from Midday to set up £300
Day two: Celebration Day £600
Day three: House and Grounds need to be vacated and site cleared by midday £300

Total Grounds Hire £1200 in addition the 3 nights minimum stay in the main house which must be booked separately via Airbnb.
